Terms of Service & Payment Policy

Effective September 2026

Non-refundable payment disclosure

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable as per Florida Statute § 83.49. This law allows non-refundable fees when they are clearly disclosed and the service provider demonstrates lost revenue due to confirmed bookings. Your payments secure our exclusive services for your specific date, time and location, preventing us from accepting other bookings during that time.

Event cancellations after any payment has been made will result in forfeiture of the total amount paid. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are prepared for the date, guest count, menu, rentals and services described in your proposal and are valid for the period stated on it. A date is reserved when the deposit stated in the proposal is received. Changes to guest count, menu or rentals after booking may change the balance due; final counts are due by the date on your proposal.

Rentals

Rental items remain our property and are supplied for the event period agreed. The client is responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear from the time of delivery until pick-up, at replacement cost.

Venue access and conditions

The client is responsible for securing venue permission, access windows, parking and any permits required for the event. Outdoor events are subject to weather; we will work with you on contingencies, but weather-related changes do not entitle a refund.
